Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably in a mid-to-large organization.
• Hands-on experience with leading HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using HR tools and Excel/Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to manage system projects and support cross-functional teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support skills.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, data integrity, and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
• Knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, and system security best practices.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
